What Proof Harbour is building

Proof Harbour is being built around a free digital asset evidence checkup, followed by clear planned routes for people and companies who need to explain digital assets, tokenised assets, and new financial-rail activity to banks, lenders, advisers, boards, companies, or other reviewers.

The current public route is register interest. The Bank and Lender Evidence Pack now has a canonical service page, but paid work, evidence requests, matter opening, and pack preparation are not started from this page.

Current stage

Planned routes, not live paid products

This page explains the direction of Proof Harbour. It does not launch paid products, accept evidence, create a quote, open a matter, or start a client upload route.

The intended journey is high-level route finding first, then human review, then scope or paid scoping, then payment before matter, then evidence after matter, and final output only after human approval.

Tokenised assets and new financial rails

A first-class evidence-readiness lane

Tokenisation is not treated as a hidden sub-point under DeFi. Proof Harbour is being built to support evidence readiness where people or companies need to explain tokenised assets, tokenised credit, real-world asset tokens, tokenised collateral, tokenised fund interests, tokenised securities, or other digital-rail records.

The focus is reviewer context, record structure, governance trail, documentation boundaries, privacy-conscious explanation, and a clear route into human review where the matter is too complex for a simple fixed route.

Proof Harbour does not issue tokens, advise on token structure, promote investments, arrange lending, provide custody, recommend protocols, move assets, or execute transactions.

Fair pricing principle

Proof Harbour is not being designed as a percentage-of-assets service. A simple one-wallet matter should not be priced like a complex multi-wallet, tokenised asset, protocol, DeFi, collateral, or company-readiness matter.

Future pricing will be based on the work needed: wallets, evidence sources, transaction flows, reviewer requirements, urgency, redaction, and whether tokenised assets, DeFi, lending, collateral, protocol activity, or company governance is involved.

Pricing bands will be shown before the full free checkup is launched.

Free front door

Free Digital Asset Evidence Checkup

A planned no-evidence checkup that helps people understand which Proof Harbour route may fit their needs before any paid work, evidence request, or pack preparation begins.

The checkup will ask high-level questions about the reason for support, reviewer type, urgency, wallets, evidence sources, and whether tokenised assets, DeFi, lending, collateral, protocol activity, company structure, or other complex records are involved.

Status: Register interest while the full checkup is developed.

Founder-led pilot routes

Bank and Lender Evidence Pack

A planned structured pack for people who need to explain digital asset activity to a bank, lender, adviser, solicitor, accountant, KYB team, or compliance reviewer.

This route is likely to suit clear source-of-funds, source-of-wealth, wallet ownership, evidence-index, and reviewer-context needs where the matter can be scoped safely.

Status: Founder-led pilot route in development.

Company Structure and Lender-Ready Pack

A planned route for company-led cases where structure, records, governance, funding route, and lender-readiness need to be clear before external review.

This route may suit company formation, borrower-readiness, no-personal-guarantee positioning, evidence indexing, collateral-readiness, and governance context.

Status: Founder-led pilot route in development.

Scoping-first routes

Tokenised Assets, Protocol, Lending, Staking, Bridging, or Collateral Activity

A planned scoping-first lane for people whose evidence needs involve tokenised assets, tokenised credit, real-world asset tokens, tokenised collateral, tokenised fund interests, tokenised securities, protocol-linked records, DeFi positions, lending, staking, bridging, collateral, liquidity events, or vault activity.

This lane is likely to need human review or paid scoping before any quote, evidence request, matter opening, or pack route. One tokenised asset or protocol position can create more reviewer context, governance, custody, rights, settlement, or documentation questions than several simple cold-wallet records.

Status: Future lane. Paid scoping likely before any pack route.

Paid Scoping Review for complex evidence questions

A planned route where the issue is too complex, unclear, sensitive, tokenisation-linked, protocol-linked, lender-linked, company-linked, or urgent for a fair fixed quote from a free route summary alone.

Scoping is intended to define the evidence question, reviewer purpose, exclusions, boundaries, likely route, and whether Proof Harbour is suitable before any evidence is requested.

Status: Planned control route. Human scope review remains required.

Planned next

Proof Refresh

A planned update route for cases where a previous pack or evidence position needs to be refreshed because wallets, sources, reviewers, tax years, lenders, KYB checks, tokenised records, off-ramp requirements, or governance context have changed.

Status: Planned next.

Crypto-Ready in 30 Days

A planned route for people who want to improve records, structure, security habits, and evidence standards before a bank, lender, adviser, board, compliance reviewer, or other reviewer asks questions.

Status: Planned next.

Planned later

Managed Compliance

A future retained support layer for ongoing record quality, review cycles, evidence updates, and documentation upkeep.

Status: Planned later.

Micro-credentials and Clinics

Future short learning and guidance routes for people who want to understand evidence, structure, privacy, tokenised asset questions, and readiness in practical terms.

Status: Planned later.

Proof Harbour Hub

A future layer for clients who need a structured way to manage proof standards, updates, approvals, and long-term readiness.

Status: Planned later.

Important boundary

Proof Harbour does not provide legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, token issuance, token-structure advice, financial promotion, custody, lending, broking, protocol recommendation, transaction execution, wallet access, or regulated financial advice.

Evidence is not requested through the public website. Any future evidence request will follow a separate scope, payment, matter reference, and secure upload process.

Tokenised asset and new financial-rail enquiries remain evidence-readiness and reviewer-context matters only unless a later controlled product route is approved.
