Start with a high-level enquiry
Use this page for general enquiries about Proof Harbour, planned services, or possible evidence-support routes.
Where possible, start with Register Interest. It gives a more structured route into the planned free digital asset evidence checkup and future product paths.
Use Register Interest first
The register-interest route is the best place to show which type of support is relevant.
It helps Proof Harbour understand whether the likely route is the future free checkup, a bank and lender evidence pack, company and lender-readiness support, proof refresh, paid scoping, or a future support lane.

Keep email contact short and high level. Do not attach evidence files in first contact.
Current position
Proof Harbour is opening in stages. The current public route is expression of interest while the free checkup, product definitions, pricing route, and operating controls are developed.
Paid work, evidence requests, and pack preparation do not start from a first contact message.
What to include
Include your name, email address, and a short note about the type of support you are exploring.
Useful high-level context includes whether the issue relates to a bank or lender request, preparation before a review, company structure, proof refresh, DeFi or lending activity, training, or another early-stage enquiry.
What not to send
Do not send private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, wallet backups, wallet passwords, exchange passwords, bank login details, browser-wallet access details, or anything that gives control over funds or accounts.
Do not send wallet addresses, transaction IDs, bank statements, exchange statements, ID documents, screenshots, or sensitive evidence through first contact or the public website.
Future evidence route
If a paid matter is later agreed, evidence should follow a separate scope, price, payment, matter reference, and secure upload process.
Evidence is not requested through the public website. The future matter route is designed around restricted access, evidence logging, retention review, and human approval before issue.
Important boundary
Proof Harbour does not provide legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, custody, lending, broking, transaction execution, wallet access, or regulated financial advice.
Proof Harbour focuses on structured evidence support, documentation, reviewable records, and privacy-conscious presentation.
